Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription (Spark, Spark Yearly, Obsidian) at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of the first charge on a new subscription.

One-time credit packs

Keep Talking and Message Credits purchases are refundable within 48 hours of purchase if the credits have not yet been used.

How to request

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email and the date of purchase. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
