1. What we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication data, via Supabase.
• Learning preferences: the language you're learning, your level, and your goal, used to tailor conversations.
• Conversation content: messages you send and AI replies, stored to show your chat history.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record — we do not store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (generate AI conversation replies, track your credit balance, run subscriptions), and to send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts). Conversation content is sent to our AI infrastructure provider (fal.ai), which routes it to an underlying language model (OpenAI) to generate replies.

3. Sharing

We share data with the processors needed to run the Service: Supabase (auth/database), fal.ai and OpenAI (AI replies), and our payment processor (billing). We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@sfsapp.online. Depending on your location (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA) you may have additional rights.
